We prefer to receive payment for your holiday in Euro by bank transfer directly into our client trust accounts but are able to accept payment by all major credit/debit cards, and cheques. We reserve the right to recover all/any international bank or card charges incurred in connection with a booking.
We can accept payment in Euros, US Dollars or GBP Sterling. All prices are quoted in Euros since this is the operating currency of the shipping companies. We can provide indicative quotes in any currency, however balances will be invoiced at prevailing exchange rates as/when they fall due and any charges incurred will be added to balances due.
As retail booking agents only we earn a commission from ship owners for voyages sold and charge a €75 Euros per person booking fee for our services. Owing to our up front time and administration costs, booking fees are non-refundable irrespective of the reason for cancellation by client or ship owner.
Amendments and cancellations after confirmation will incur fees of €75 Euros per booking (plus any bank fees/other expenses we will have incurred) in addition to any additional or contractual charges of the supplying shipping company.
